Man tries door handle and throws cup at window

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a possible suspicious person near Red Forest Lane in Galloway, where a man in a (description withheld) and pajama pants was reportedly trying a door handle and had earlier thrown a cup at a caller’s window.
