Two adult fatalities.

I really don't know anything about the vehicle as we did not land on the scene and there was limited information given to us.

current set of vitals are 98 over 60.

Rates 120 sinus on the monitor.

No activity.

She's breathing about 24 times a minute.

Non-invasive. Intubals 35 .

And we're sitting at 96 % .

We do have a GCS of 15 .

We're complaining of left ankle pain.

And she does have some sort of injury to the forehead.

And it was bandaged prior to her getting to be.
