Whoever it is thank you if for reporting this reckless driver. My daughter who is a nurse who cares for severely disabled children & young adults travels on 99 on a regular basis taking them either to Valley Children's Hospital or to Aria Community Health Center in Fowler. Hope they have caught the driver & throw the book at him or her
