Heat index values up to 105. The areas affected include portions of South Central Indiana and East Central, North Central, Northwest, and South Central Kentucky. The hazardous conditions are expected until 8 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, Sunday. The following impacts are expected, hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses. Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Here is a statement concerning excessive heat.
