Vehicle rollover on Highway 155 in Frankston

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and emergency units were dispatched to a possible vehicle rollover along the (number withheld) block of Highway 155 near Frankston, Texas. Elma Volunteer Fire Department assisted Franklin in the response.
