Possible apartment break-in reported on Mary Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to check a residence on Mary Street after a caller reported a possible break-in or disturbance and said an apartment appeared ransacked with the door left open. The caller was not at the scene and was asked to return to meet officers.
