Unsecured load spotted on Highway 52 near Highway (number withheld)

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received a report of a white Chevy pickup pulling a flatbed trailer north on Highway 52 from Highway (number withheld) with three pallets of landscaping materials that were apparently not secured.
