Unsafe vehicle with mechanical issue near car wash

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop near a car wash by City Hall in Fort Oglethorpe. The stop apparently involved a black Hyundai sedan with an unsafe mechanical issue on a rear tire.
