Dumpster fire in alley near trees possibly started on purpose
Fire & Arson(name withheld) Units from Oregon Fire Department at Mel's 100 Dual Street for a dumpster fire. RP heard an explosion and then seeing eight feet of flames going into the air. It is near some trees. The RP believes this was done on purpose. He's calling it from a different address. I'm able to see if anyone's there in the Mel's area 100 Dual Street in the alley. R.P. heard a loud bang and soft flame shoot up about 8 feet high in the area. RPC stands there in trees nearby and believes it was done on purpose. Couldn't give much more information.
