Child freed from locked bathroom at playground

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews in Fort Bragg responded to a public assist at a local playground for a child stuck in a park bathroom due to a jammed lock. Public works and police were contacted for access, and responders later opened the door and freed the child.
