Male has seizure near Fernhill Wetlands Trail

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched for a seizure incident near Fernhill Wetlands Nature Trail, Forest Grove. The patient is an adult male with a history of seizure and brain injury. The incident occurred near Poplar Street and the trail area. Access is via the gate near the railroad tracks and unmarked gravel road.
