Man walking on median reported flashing gun

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a man with a gun walking on the median near the 400 block of Springfield Avenue. The caller reported that the man flashed a firearm while passing by. Radio traffic also indicated the caller was reportedly armed and threatened to shoot the man if he returned.
