Smoldering control burn reported on West Main Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a reported outside fire near West Main Street involving burning mulch across the street. Responders arrived to find an apparent controlled burn that was only smoldering with no one on scene and checked the situation.
