Reckless driver followed on State Road 18

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received reports of a possible reckless driver in a black four-door vehicle traveling west on State Road 18 near Carroll Junior-Senior High School, reportedly being followed by a blue HHR. A female associated with the incident was later reported to be in Delphi without transportation back to Flora.
