We're going to be coming in with a 66-year-old female.

Chief complaint is shortness of breath on exertion.

Patient, I got a pretty extensive medical history.

She just recently started iron injections across the street at Carmano's.

They started with her earlier this week.

She's been kind of getting weaker and weaker, and her exertion makes her short of breath more since doing the shots.

Was on a ventilator.

Any of the cars, so we called us for transport.

She's alert and oriented.

She's breathing okay.

All lungs are clear and equal.

She is on oxygen all the time.

COPD.

O two is 99 % on her own room too.

I've been eyes in the chest pain and again no shortness of breath unless she's exertion.
