Rear-end crash on US 25 causes multiple neck injuries

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a motor vehicle collision near US 25 and Howard Gap Road in Fletcher involving multiple adult male occupants in a rear-end crash. Several restrained occupants reported neck pain, and at least three patients were transported non-emergently with stable vital signs.
