Slow-moving large truck on State Route 28

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies issued a be-on-the-lookout alert for a large truck traveling very slowly along State Route 28 between Fleischmanns and Margaretville. The vehicle's make, model, and color were not known at the time of the report.
