Tire debris on Illinois Route 185 near golf course

As discussed during the dispatch call, traffic units responded to a report of tire debris scattered across Illinois Route 185 near a golf course after a semi trailer apparently blew a tire. The semi was reported stopped when the caller passed the scene.
