Guests refuse to leave hotel rooms and argue with staff

It's two rooms at the Days Inn, (number withheld) Pacific Highway.

RP says there is two guests in rooms (number withheld) and (number withheld) that are refusing to leave.

They're also being verbally aggressive to the housekeepers.
