Juveniles riding bikes in roadway near Fort and Oak

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to the area of Fort Street and Oak Street in Farmington for a report of two juveniles riding bicycles in the middle of the road and possibly creating a traffic hazard while heading westbound.
