Grass and house fire on East Kostner Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews and CAL FIRE responded to a reported residential structure fire near East Kostner and Gene in Farmersville, with multiple engines and stations dispatched after initial reports of grass and a structure on fire. A separate medical aid call for difficulty breathing was dispatched to a residence on East River near Leggett.
