1st of all you don't even have to talk to CPS or APS unless they have a court order or a warrant. 2nd as long as you are not breaking the law you don't have to talk to the police to start with and their job is to enforce the law NOT DHHR policies so they shouldn't even show up unless there is a report of a crime.
