Loose dogs reported on Locust Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to reports of two loose dogs near Locust Street in Exeter. The animals were possibly the same ones described earlier — one white dog with red spots and blue eyes, and another resembling a small German Shepherd.
