Vehicles racing and driving on shoulder near Evansville

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies received a traffic complaint about a yellow Volkswagen and a Dodge pickup reportedly racing westbound near the intersection of WY 253 and US 26, with one of the vehicles using the shoulder and ditch.
