A person was having a seizure in the student section of the Sands stadium near the track. Emergency responders were trying to find access to the patient who was barely able to reach the door. They communicated with a caller who was on the phone with the patient and located the area inside the building. The patient was unable to come outside but responders made contact through a sliding glass door.
