Patient was a single occupant in a midsize sedan traveling approximately 15 miles an hour. She struck another vehicle, moderate damage to the front. Negative rear bag deployment, no spidering, able to self-extricate. Denies any head or neck pain, just has some shoulder and lower back pain. No anticoagulant use, fully alert and oriented, all circulation and motor function intact. Just looking to get evaluated. We'll give you a full history of allergies and medications upon arrival.
