As discussed during the dispatch call, an 80-year-old woman near Citracado Parkway reportedly experienced dizziness and earlier chest pain following a cardiac stress test. She appears to be in atrial fibrillation with a rapid heart rate and elevated blood pressure. EMS is working on IV access and transporting her to a hospital with an estimated arrival time of about 20 minutes.
