Bicyclists reported blocking traffic near Englewood

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of a group of bicyclists near Englewood Junction on Highway 283 who were allegedly not yielding to traffic, though an officer on scene reported that the riders appeared to be staying on the right side of the road.
