As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was requested at a Subway near (number withheld) Estelle Avenue. A white female with blonde hair in a ponytail carrying a yellow balloon was seen walking toward Summer Avenue, appearing to nod off. She wore a gray shirt and black pants. The location is near Park Avenue and Mitchell Avenue.
