area of 854, Wisconsin Bay Road. This is where our complainant is calling from. Stated that they had seen a boat appeared to be in distress and then it may have lost a motor. She was unsure exactly how far that boat would have been from that residence, however she can no longer see it. Last scene about 1.30 p.m. drifting southbound towards Gilt Rock. When it was initially seen, it was between Death Store and Washington Island. But again, she cannot see the boat anymore. It was white, unknown length. Frequency clear at 1339.
