Two-car crash with arm injury at Progress Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible two-car crash near the four-way stop at Progress Road and Maddox Drive. An adult woman reported a right arm injury and requested medical evaluation, and one lane of Maddox was shut down.
