Thank first respondersreminds me of the homeless guy that used to hang out around Nasa Road 1 and 146 for years before he relocated or was relocated to the other end of NASA one in Webster. I see him frequently in front of a convenience store across from the school. He had a bicycle for a long time but I haven't seen it in a while . He seemed to arrive in Seabrook shortly after the disappearance of another homeless guy that slept outside of the old Texaco on 146. This original one would hang out in the Popeye's Chicken and many would buy meals for him including myself.
