Person refusing to leave yard at Vernon Way home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a call for help about a possible trespassing incident at a home near Vernon Way in El Cajon, where a transient person was reportedly in the yard and refusing to leave. Units were also directed to the nearby transit facility on Vernon Way in connection with the same complaint.
