Vehicle crashes into barbed wire fence

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near FM 822 in Edna for a reported vehicle accident where a vehicle left the roadway and became wrapped in a barbed wire fence. The male driver was reportedly out of the vehicle and walking.
