Currently westbound on Lake Street from Farwell. I was driving with its headlights off part for a bit and then went in the wrong direction on Farwell streets. Currently westbound Lake and Barstow, it's a silver Chrysler 200. Vehicles turning southbound on Graham, Southbound on Graham from Lake Street.

Police are at Sojourner House dealing with uncooperative individuals and are monitoring specific persons present. Additional officers are requested to help restore order.
