Ex-partner threatens woman with hammer at trailer

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a possible domestic assault near Silver Trail Lane in Easton. A woman stated that her ex-boyfriend came to the property, grabbed her face, and threatened to hit her with a hammer before leaving or remaining somewhere on the property. Deputies were sent to check on those involved.
