Search for lost and dehydrated hikers in East Haven

As discussed during the dispatch call, multiple fire and rescue departments responded near Radar Road and John Irwin Road in East Haven for a search for lost hikers who were reported to be dehydrated. Three hikers were involved, and one had become separated from the group.
