Traffic crash blocking road at Pony Express

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a possible traffic collision at the intersection of Pony Express Parkway and Eagle Mountain Boulevard, where vehicles were reported blocking traffic. People from the vehicles were out of their cars, and the reporting party was not involved in the crash.
