Roadblocks set for event traffic near fairgrounds

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers managed traffic near the fairgrounds after an event at the event center was canceled. Roadblocks were adjusted around Campbell and Center streets and La Crosse and Center streets to guide vehicles, including trucks and trailers, exiting the area.
