We received the NCIC admin message from the Fondalak Police Department in Wisconsin, stating that the mail has been calling multiple council members in their town making threats towards them about some land that was taken away from him by the government. They believe the mill is going through a mental health crisis and is concerned. He does be advised he is flagged for having violent tendencies and 1074 use.
