Person found unconscious on grass at Dumfries residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews are responding to a report of an unconscious person lying in the front yard of a residence near Kilpatrick Place across from Old Triangle Road in Dumfries. A caller using a camera system reported that the person had been holding a fence and crouching before becoming unresponsive.
