Reckless green Jeep reported on Horse Creek Road

The RP advised.

Sorry, this is going to be in reference to a traffic offense.

The RP advised that twice today a green neon jeep has been speeding up and down Horse Creek, almost made the RP go off the road several times and was traveling in the wrong lane.

Last seen heading.

Northbound on Horse Creek.

Copy. I'm a little ways off, but I have that way.
