Reckless semi reported weaving through highway traffic

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possibly reckless semi truck driving on Highway 3/20 northbound near Dows, Iowa. The black semi cab with red and white markings was reportedly weaving through traffic, forcing other vehicles from their lanes, not using turn signals, and tailgating.
