Person locked inside railroad-related building

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond to a report of a person locked inside a building near Fairview Ave in Downers Grove; the door will not open. Dispatch is determining whether it is Union Pacific or Metra property and plans to contact train company personnel for access.
