Small ditch fire from blown transformer in Dover

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to a possible fire hazard near Palm Rancie Lane in Dover. According to reports, a flame caused by a blown transformer was seen in a ditch and later put out by a bystander using a fire extinguisher.
