Male found lying near ditch off County Road 3048

As discussed during the dispatch call, a possible medical or welfare check was reported near County Road 3048 off Highway 25 by Chambers Branch bridge. A male subject was lying on the edge of a ditch close to the road wearing dark clothing. Emergency personnel were advised to use caution, and fire and medical units responded to the scene. Police were believed to be en route and located the subject later.
