Three vehicles speeding and weaving on Highway 281

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicated a report of three vehicles traveling south on Highway 281 through Doniphan toward Hastings, allegedly speeding and weaving through traffic, nearly forcing other cars off the road.
