Handyman suspected in delayed vehicle theft report

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to a home near North Street Northeast in Dodge Center to take a delayed report of a stolen vehicle. The reporting party believes a handyman who had worked at the residence may have taken the vehicle about a month and a half earlier. The vehicle was reportedly stopped in Rice County with different license plates attached.
