Suspicious man repeatedly riding bicycle in area

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported a possible suspicious person near North Lincoln Street and Watson Ranch Way. A man around 40 to 45 years old, wearing a brown shirt and blue jeans, was said to be repeatedly riding a bicycle in the area.
