Suspicious sedan at Dillon Scenic Overlook

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious black Toyota sedan at the Dillon Scenic Overlook along I-70 eastbound. The driver reportedly kept getting in and out of the car, looking into the trunk, removing an item, and possibly looking at nearby parked vehicles. Authorities are reviewing available footage.
